Refund Policy

At Boonie 3D, our products are made to order. Some products are standard designs, while others can be customised specifically for your order.

Because our products are produced after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or an item that has arrived exactly as ordered.

For customised products, this also includes changes to personalisation, colours, designs, text, or other details selected when placing your order.

We review every order for accuracy before production and will contact you if anything about your order needs confirming.

If It Arrives Damaged, We Replace It Free

This is the part we do want to hear about. If your Boonie 3D product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you, with no return shipping or restocking fee.

If your product was produced incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Changes to Your Order

Need to change something about your order? Contact us as soon as you can.

We can usually accommodate changes before your order enters production, but we may not be able to make changes once production has started.

For customised products, please carefully review all customisation details before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded because the product has already been made specifically for your order.

This does not affect your right to a refund or other remedy where the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is produced incorrectly, or where applicable law provides you with additional rights.
