Welcome to Boonie 3D. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Boonie 3D website and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Boonie 3D sells 3D-printed products and related designs. Boonie 3D is the trade name (DBA) of Boonie 3D LLC, a limited liability company based in California, United States.
In these terms, "we", "us", "our", and "Boonie 3D" mean Boonie 3D LLC, doing business as Boonie 3D.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our products are 3D printed, small variations in finish, layer texture, dimensions, colour, and appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily defects.
Product images may also be digitally rendered, edited, or photographed under conditions that cause colours and details to appear slightly different from the physical product.
Unless otherwise stated, measurements and specifications are approximate.
4. Third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property
Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, brands, locations, characters, designs, or other references used on our website or in product descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
Boonie 3D is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third party unless we expressly state otherwise.
If you believe that a product or other content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@boonie3D.com with the relevant details and we will review your claim.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order.
Promotions, discounts, and bundle offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
Payment is taken when you place your order. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before production begins.
6. Made-to-order and custom products
Some Boonie 3D products may be produced specifically for your order. Where a product is made to order, production may begin after your order is confirmed.
Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Before production begins, you may contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you provide content for a custom product, including text, images, artwork, files, designs, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it and that its use does not infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
You grant Boonie 3D permission to use that content solely for the purpose of producing, processing, and fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to refuse custom content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. If we decline a custom order for this reason, we will refund you for any amount already paid for that order.
7. Shipping, delivery and risk
We ship to the locations made available at checkout. Shipping costs, estimated production times, and delivery estimates are provided during the ordering process or in our applicable Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Risk of loss generally passes to you when the order is delivered by the carrier, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.
8. Returns and refunds
Because certain Boonie 3D products may be made to order or customised specifically for you, returns, cancellations, or exchanges may not be accepted except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and details of the issue. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable remedy.

9. Our intellectual property
The Boonie 3D website, including its designs, product models, photographs, graphics, logos, text, software, and other content, belongs to Boonie 3D LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our product models, digital files, website content, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical Boonie 3D product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, model, digital file, artwork, or other intellectual property.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, you may not reproduce a purchased product for commercial purposes or use it as the basis for manufacturing or selling copies.

3D-printed products may contain small imperfections, visible layer lines, minor surface variations, or other characteristics associated with the manufacturing process.
Our products are intended for their stated purposes and should not be relied upon for safety-critical, medical, structural, engineering, or other applications where failure could result in injury, damage, or loss unless expressly designed and marketed for that purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boonie 3D LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
